    While we take great care in reviewing & testing our products, sometimes an bug can slip through. Please let us know of any issues you may have. The following tips can help in most cases:

  • Restart your Device.
    A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch. If you are having problems, try this first.
    Re-installing the Application.
    If restarting doesn’t solve the issue, you may want to try re-install the application.
    Keep your OS up to date.
    iPhone and iPod software updates generally provide system bug fixes that may solve issues in our software. Be sure to keep your software up to date.
    Jailbroken Devices.
    We will always attempt to help our users, but we can’t fix issues that may be caused by software that isn’t supported.
